The Schnell Komposter uses a proven in-vessel aerobic composting process — a sealed, oxygen-fed chamber where heat-resistant thermophilic bacteria rapidly break down all organic waste. The process operates at 55–65°C, eliminating all pathogens and weed seeds, and completing within 24 hours.
01 - Load & Mix Food Waste
Organic waste is introduced through the loading door (500×500mm on small models, 700×500mm on medium and large models). The machine's rotating blades mix waste with the thermophilic bacteria culture already present in the composting tank.
02 - Heat & Evaporate
The commercial composting machine heats the mixture to 55–65°C, evaporating excess moisture and reducing volume by 70–75% in the first stage. Power is managed by variable frequency drive motors for efficiency.
03 - Microbial Decomposition
Heat-resistant thermophilic bacteria decompose the organic matter, achieving 85–90% total volume reduction within 24 hours. All pathogens are eliminated at this temperature. No chemical additives are required.
04 - Compost Collection
The process produces nutrient-rich, dark, crumbly Grade-A compost. The exhaust (water vapour, not leachate) is directed via pipe to a drainage chamber. The commercial composting machine automatically resets for the next batch.
